Cancellations, Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If something’s not quite right, please read below for how we handle returns and cancellations.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in production or on its way.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@theenchantedcoven.co.uk

Returns

  • We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, email us at hello@theenchantedcoven.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and issue a refund within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns on:

    • Custom or personalised items

    • Digital downloads

    • Sale items (unless faulty)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right!
